Shipping Policy
- Minimum order is $50.00
- Free shipping on orders over $175.00
- Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.
- You should receive your order in 10 to 14 days.
- We will substitute similar items for out of out items only
if you type OK TO SUB in the notes field of the checkout screen. Otherwise
backordered items will be canceled.
Returns
- For all returns you must obtain an RMA number
prior to returning the product. Products returned without an RMA may be
refused for delivery.
- Defective or damaged items will be replaced if possible. If
not your credit card will be credited for the purchase price of the items.
- If there is visible shipping damage you must file the claim
directly with UPS. Keep all original shipping cartons unless otherwise
instructed by UPS.
